The Straight Picket Top Solid Privacy Fence combines the charm of a picket fence with the privacy of a solid fence. The upper half of this fence features 17" pickets with gaps between the slats. The lower half of the fence features side-by-side slats without any gaps between them, providing maximum privacy. The Straight Picket Top Solid Privacy fence comes in Adobe, White, and Tan. Fence dimensions: 6' or 8' long; 5', 6', 7', or 8' high.

Will Showtech Vinyl Fence turn yellow?
Showtech Vinyl is formulated using a superior durable grade of non-chalking TiO2 that protects the vinyl (PVC) from the harmful effects of the Sun's UV rays. As long as your fence is kept clean, with a periodic wash from a garden hose, it will not turn yellow.
How is vinyl fence put together?
Most assembly of vinyl fencing is done by snapping the rails into the post using rails that are tabbed with a special tabbing, or notching tool. Depending on the styles of fence, different fasteners can be used. Vinyl channels, which are often used in the fabrication of Privacy and Semi-Privacy styles, are attached using rivits or screws.
Briefly describe your production process
Raw materials are mixed evenly before putting into the extruding machine through a small elevator.The extruding machine is divided into several parts.The Barrel screw area heats and melts the material, forms a basic pipe through a die and a sizing system, and then passes through a water tank. The cooling is used to fix the shape, the product is slowly pulled out by a Traction device, and a Cutter device is used at the end to cut the product into a certain length. If the small print is at the mouth of the mold, the large and complex printing is carried out by a printing machine on the conveyor belt. The above process is a fully automated process.
Then the product needs to be manually transported to the cutting machine, processed into the length of the order, and then placed on the machine for hole routing and notched.
